Required customer service representative with excellent communication skills in Arabic and a clear, friendly voice. The candidate must be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, with the ability to work on a shift basis.


Main tasks:

• Answer incoming calls and provide immediate assistance to customers

• Document and record all calls and transactions in the company's system

• Solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and quality of service

• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved

• Participate in improving service quality and developing work procedures


Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to handle customers and solve problems efficiently.

• Proficiency in using computers and communication software.

• Commitment to evening work hours.
