A customer service representative is required to work for a startup company for hospitality unit reservation services - an integrated platform for daily rental investment of owned or rented housing for individuals and companies. The candidate should have previous experience in customer service of no less than one year. The main tasks include: • Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries efficiently and professionally • Solving customer issues and providing suitable solutions quickly • Documenting all calls and transactions in the company's system • Achieving performance indicators required in terms of the number of calls and service quality • Following up with relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved • Contributing to improving customer experience and enhancing their loyalty to the company.
