A customer service representative is required to work in a startup company for hospitality unit booking services - an integrated platform for daily rental investment in owned or rented housing for individuals and companies. He/She should have prior experience in customer service of not less than a year. Main tasks include: Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries efficiently and professionally. Communicating with potential customers and presenting the company's services. Solving customer problems and providing appropriate solutions quickly. Documenting all calls and transactions in the company's system. Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality. Following up with the relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved. Contributing to improving customer experience and enhancing their loyalty to the company.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
