Main tasks: • Answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally • Recording and documenting customer complaints and requests in the relationship management system • Solving customer issues and providing suitable solutions immediately • Achieving targeted performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and customer satisfaction level • Following up with the relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met • Contributing to improving the quality of service provided by offering suggestions and feedback ***** is also a commission for each customer in addition to the monthly salary)
