Chief Financial Officer, Experts Group International

Experts Group International is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading electronics manufacturing business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and involves driving the company's financial strategy, strengthening financial performance, and supporting business growth.

Role Overview

The CFO position is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong finance professional with over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash flow management, financial restructuring, banking relationships, and strategic financial planning within a manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring robust financial governance and compliance while contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, controls, and compliance.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and working capital optimisation.
• Lead financial restructuring initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all banking facilities, financing arrangements, and debt negotiations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organisation.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to the executive leadership team and Board.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, taxation, ZATCA regulations, and IFRS.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting systems, and internal controls.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and professional development.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to improve financial performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi ID card (mandatory).
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
• Strong background within manufacturing, preferably electronics, industrial, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrable experience leading business restructuring and transformation initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, working capital, and financial planning.
• Proven track record managing relationships with banks, lenders, and external financial stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions at an executive level.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building high-performing finance teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging confidently with executive leadership, shareholders, banks, and external partners.
• Thorough understanding of IFRS, corporate governance, and Saudi financial regulations.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. The CFO will collaborate closely with various departments, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the company.
