About the Opportunity

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the design, implementation, and support of Cisco collaboration solutions for our diverse client base.

Role Summary

The Cisco Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Cisco collaboration solutions. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, develop scalable solution designs, configure and deploy Cisco collaboration products, and provide comprehensive ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Cisco Webex.
• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders to develop solution designs that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with network engineers and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Cisco collaboration solutions with existing network infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades and deployments of Cisco collaboration products, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to client operations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco collaboration solutions, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to best practices and industry standards for security, performance, and reliability in the design and implementation of collaboration solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Cisco collaboration technologies and pursue relevant certifications to enhance expertise and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience (0-1 years) as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, demonstrating expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration are strongly preferred.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Cisco collaboration products, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Cisco Webex.
• Experience with network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, and VLANs.
• Excellent understanding of VoIP technologies, codecs, and codecs negotiation.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network and collaboration issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
