About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Commis Chef to join its Hotels team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Commis Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality food items and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in accordance with designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, execute complex recipes, and oversee stations, execution, quality control, and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes prior to serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary, adhering to proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for necessary supplies and food items.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a culinary role.
• Ability to prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Commis Chef will work within the Hotels team, contributing to the overall guest experience.
