About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Contracts Admin Support professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves reviewing and recommending revisions to contractual documentation, analyzing sub-contractor agreements for compliance with procurement requirements, and drafting Letters of Agreements (LOAs). The role also includes performing post-contract measurement and commercial issues claims assessments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in the management and review of contractual aspects within construction projects, along with evidence of successful negotiations of substantial claims and variations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the negotiating team, explaining positions and resolving business matters related to proposed contracts.
  • Monitor and administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit business information for project monitoring.
  • Deal with price change orders and ensure contractual coverage is implemented.
  • Prepare letters to clients and contractors requesting approvals and interpretations required for contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with appropriate Procurement personnel on project subcontract matters.
  • Monitor project expenditures versus contract cost limitations and prepare letters notifying clients of additional fund requirements.
  • Review and recommend approval of invoices from design and build contractors, and other contractors and consultants managed by the Project Manager.
  • Prepare project acceptance documents in coordination with technical staff and ensure client approval.
  • Furnish business and financial information requested by the client, as delegated by the Project Manager.
  • Identify contractual problems and take appropriate action for satisfactory resolution, following up on issues requiring management attention.
  • Review construction cost estimating in coordination with technical staff for compliance with project requirements and design criteria.
  • Review claims and change order requests from clients and contractors to determine contractual entitlement.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience, accompanied by a degree.
  • Experience in rail or rail-related projects.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, where the Contracts Admin Support will operate within a project-focused environment.
