About the Role

Riyadh Pumps Company for Industry is seeking an Industrial Cost Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for an accounting professional with experience in a manufacturing environment, capable of managing and analyzing production costs to provide accurate financial information to management.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Industrial Cost Accountant plays a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing the financial aspects of our production processes. This position involves deep analysis of manufacturing expenditures and contributing to strategies that enhance cost control and operational efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the cost of products and production lines.
• Monitor the cost of raw materials and manufacturing stages.
• Analyze production costs and variances between actual and standard costs.
• Prepare periodic cost and profitability reports for management.
• Contribute to improving cost control measures and raising operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with financial, production, purchasing, and inventory departments.
• Prepare and monitor raw material, labor, and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and stocktaking.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in accounting, particularly within an industrial or manufacturing context, and meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related specialization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Proven experience in calculating and analyzing production and manufacturing costs.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
