As part of a major infrastructure programme in Riyadh that aims to create a global landmark, you will be integral to our project management consultancy services.

Project Overview:
The project focuses on a mixed-use development that will serve as a unique and authentic destination in Riyadh, encompassing a self-sustaining community with iconic assets.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Estimate, control costs, manage cash flow, and provide reporting on allocated Work Packages.
  • Prepare and maintain estimates, budgets, cost reports, and cash flows.
  • Review bids and recommend contract awards.
  • Analyze cost reports from Consultants and Contractors.
  • Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Experience and Skills Required:
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying.
  • MRICS Membership.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience and 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering projects including roads and utilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel, and Primavera Contracts Manager.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
