Role Overview: Coverage Banker Director

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking an experienced Coverage Banker Director to join its Corporate & Investment Banking Coverage team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and originating a broad range of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) products for high-profile corporate clients, family offices, and financial sponsors. The position requires 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate coverage within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior client relationship manager, providing clients with value-add and connectivity to the bank's network.
• Lead the origination of CIB products for corporate clients, family offices, and financial sponsors.
• Lead transaction development and execution, coordinating closely with various specialized Business Lines.
• Take full ownership of credit analysis and management across products.
• Partner with credit analysts during due diligence and credit approval processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to credit risk, KYC, data quality, and non-financial risk standards.
• Ensure all business activities comply with local and global regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate coverage.
• Demonstrated experience within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong relationship network within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex financial transactions.
