Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer communications and interactions in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferably 1 to 3 years).
- Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and support tools is a plus.
