We are seeking an energetic and skilled Customer Services Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image through prompt and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer communications and interactions in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferably 1 to 3 years).
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and support tools is a plus.

Education / Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (nursing, healthcare administration, public health, or related field).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional Certification: CPXP.
