Our client is now recruiting for a Customer Support Associate (Call Centre Agent) for a remote position based in Saudi Arabia.

About the Role
As a Support Associate in our Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries through our website and live chat regarding the company's services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing accurate information and tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and respond to live chats efficiently.
  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and needs.
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
  • Review customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
  • Give detailed explanations of services offered.
  • Meet support metrics while maintaining excellent customer service.

Skills and Requirements
  • University graduates.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Native Arabic speaker highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English Language (B1 profile).
  • Ability to use computers and internet applications.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues and solve problems quickly.
  • Flexibility for rotational working hours/days.
  • Due to Saudization, Saudi Nationals will be highly desirable.

Work Environment
