Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic customer projects across various functions and geographies.
• Serve as a central point of contact for communication among team members, internal and external stakeholders, and management.
• Maintain organized project documentation, generate regular management reports, and ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and action trackers.
• Identify and assess project risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies, and contribute to proactive risk management.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare project dashboards, management updates, and executive presentations.

Qualifications and Experience
