The Role of Cybersecurity Architect

Muhlah is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the architect will be responsible for designing and maintaining secure system architectures for the company’s micro-financing platforms. The role ensures that all security measures align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess security risks across systems and platforms.
• Define and implement robust security controls.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security into application and infrastructure design from the outset.
• Review existing network and application security configurations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Lead threat modeling exercises and conduct security reviews.
• Recommend improvements to safeguard data and systems effectively.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of incident response plans.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive security documentation.
• Continuously work towards enhancing Muhlah's overall cybersecurity posture.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Cybersecurity Architect position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity architecture or a similar field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work directly from Muhlah's offices, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic fintech environment.
