About the Role: Delivery Project Manager

Astek Middle East is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing the implementation and delivery of a workforce verification service for business clients. The successful candidate will manage client onboarding, coordinate technical integrations, monitor service delivery, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Role Context and Objectives

The Delivery Project Manager will work closely with clients, technical teams, and external verification partners to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery for SaaS and digital implementations. Key objectives include timely project go-lives, efficient technical coordination, and effective resolution of delivery issues, all while adhering to local data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and coordinate implementation activities to ensure timely project go-live.
• Plan and manage project milestones, delivery schedules, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate technical integrations with engineering teams, including API integrations.
• Monitor verification report turnaround times and follow up on delays with stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify, manage, and resolve delivery issues and implementation risks.
• Lead project status meetings, client reviews, and service governance activities.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Ensure client acceptance testing and sign-off are completed for each go-live.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and meet agreed delivery timelines.
• Ensure consent procedures and data-handling practices align with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, implementation, or service delivery.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations or digital services, ideally in HR technology, recruitment, identity verification, or government e-services.
• A recognized project management certification (*, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification).
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong project planning, risk management, reporting, and client relationship skills.
• Experience working with large Saudi semi-government organizations or PMOs.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Experience coordinating API integrations or system implementations.
• Working knowledge of Musaned and Qiwa.
• Knowledge of Saudi PDPL and data protection practices.
• Experience working with external service providers or international verification partners.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
