Engineering Project Manager Construction Supervision

About the Role

Alqotr is seeking an Engineering Project Manager, Construction Supervision, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and supervising the execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The Project Manager will also be responsible for continuous coordination with clients, contractors, and the project team to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the execution of construction projects in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress on-site and ensure compliance with the approved schedule and allocated budget.
• Lead the engineering supervision team, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate directly with the client, contractor, and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review and prepare professional technical reports and periodic progress reports.
• Monitor quality and ensure that all works comply with approved standards and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project delivery and implement appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Follow up on technical observations and corrective actions, ensuring that all outstanding issues are resolved in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering regulations, professional standards, and relevant requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project management and construction supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
