Are you an organized and proactive professional?

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operations of our executive office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing appointments and preparing memos.
  • Conducting correspondence and attending meetings.
  • Drafting and processing reports.

Key Duties:
  • Managing the schedule of the manager/president and sending reminders.
  • Handling inquiries and delivering mail/correspondence.
  • Preparing periodic memorandums related to the departments’ functions.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and documenting them.
  • Maintaining files and documents related to the manager’s work.
  • Preparing and filing work reports.

Qualifications:
We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Management Information Systems
  • Executive Secretary

Experience:
5 years of related experience is necessary.

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as advanced skills in documentation and reporting.

Working Conditions:
The role works 6 days a week in a suitable environment for disabled individuals.

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese is a plus.
