Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations emphasizing clarity and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for the finance department.
  • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled with efficiency.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work approach.
