Join Kinetic Business Solutions as a Finance Manager! Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company to find an exceptional Finance Manager based in Riyadh. This pivotal role requires a strong leader to enhance the financial planning process and guide the finance organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning process and enhance financial reporting & forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide business and financial guidance to ensure operational results are met.
  • Align financial forecasts with production forecasts by collaborating with production & sales teams.
  • Develop financial information systems and manage the operating plan cycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant field.
  • 5 to 8 years of finance experience, preferably in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
