Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning process and enhance financial reporting & forecasting accuracy.
- Provide business and financial guidance to ensure operational results are met.
- Align financial forecasts with production forecasts by collaborating with production & sales teams.
- Develop financial information systems and manage the operating plan cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant field.
- 5 to 8 years of finance experience, preferably in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
