Alesayi Holding is seeking an experienced FM Planner to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on supporting planning, mobilization, financial coordination, and performance reporting across various Facilities Management (FM) contracts.

Role Overview

The FM Planner will be responsible for critical planning and coordination activities within the Facilities Management operations. This role involves ensuring the efficient execution of FM contracts through meticulous scheduling, resource management, and financial oversight, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with operational teams to track planned activities, work orders, and outstanding actions.
• Support contract mobilization, including planning for manpower, equipment, materials, and deployment.
• Coordinate with the Finance department on budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintenance performance, and mobilization progress.
• Consolidate contract data and prepare regular management reports.
• Maintain accurate planning records using CAFM or ERP systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in FM operations and planning.
• Experience in mobilization and financial coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience using CAFM or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within the Operations team at Alesayi Holding.
