Project Director FM Services Delivery

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Director for FM Services Delivery to lead facilities management services on a major destination program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as the primary client partner and single accountable authority for the Facilities Management Agent contract. The Project Director will oversee the full program lifecycle, from pre-operational advisory through phased activation to steady-state operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Vendor Management program.
• Serve as the single client-facing authority, accountable for all governance, delivery, performance, and escalation management.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle across all FM service packages, including procurement, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration.
• Oversee the Program Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all related governance documentation.
• Govern CAFM as the central source of truth for all asset, maintenance, and performance data.
• Develop and implement the FM strategy, PPM regimes, and maintenance optimization approach for the program.
• Collaborate with key project individuals to devise action plans addressing cost overruns, delays, scope changes, or improvement needs.
• Chair monthly steering committees and present program performance reports to client leadership.
• Build and lead the delivery organization, focusing on talent development, Saudisation initiatives, and succession planning.
• Monitor and report program progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule to management.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading FM services delivery on major programs.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex contracts.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage program operations and client relationships.
