FMMA Soft Service Specialist

About the Role

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking an FMMA Soft Service Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This full-time role involves developing and implementing strategies for soft services and managing facility management service providers on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.
• Identify service delivery gaps of FM service providers and develop improvement plans to meet client expectations.
• Manage facility management service providers, including performance evaluations, technical guidance, gap analysis, soft service activity monitoring, training, and cost control.
• Support the project team in developing facility management policies, procedures, and other ad hoc documents for clients.
• Evaluate technical and commercial documents from FM service providers and clients.
• Manage VVIP sites and maintain standard facilities management soft services.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and FM service providers' staff on best practices and standards in facility management.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing facilities and systems.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding soft services and develop tailored solutions based on client needs and project requirements.
• Supervise and mentor facility management teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure all soft service activities are efficient and comply with relevant codes and standards such as BICSc and SFDA.
• Develop and implement safety protocols for soft service activities.
• Manage relationships with FM service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Establish and monitor quality control measures for all soft services.
• Promote sustainable practices within soft services, including waste reduction and eco-friendly cleaning methods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of Middle East experience in facility management.
• Proven experience managing VVIP clients.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
