General Accountant

• Daily recording of financial transactions such as revenues and expenses.
• Issuing customer invoices, following up on collections, and paying dues.
• Calculating salaries for drivers and employees, and dispensing allowances and bonuses.
• Submitting tax declarations and complying with financial regulations.

Responsibilities
- Managing daily accounting operations and recording financial transactions in the **Kayouts** program.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
- Monitoring and managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring financial compliance.
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and tax reports and complying with financial regulations.
- Providing financial and administrative recommendations to support the company's strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and achieve sustainable growth.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- A degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
- Previous experience of no less than **one to three years** in accounting.
- Proficiency in working with the **Kayouts** program and the ability to extract reports and analyze data.
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work in a **startup** environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
