The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various channels, including Push Notifications, App Banners, WhatsApp messaging, Emails, and SMS. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our Retention Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various channels, including Push Notifications, App Banners, WhatsApp messaging, Emails, and SMS. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and effective creatives for all retention communication channels.
- Develop layouts and graphics for Push Notifications, App Banners, WhatsApp messages, Email campaigns, and SMS marketing.
- Collaborate with the retention and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and align designs with customer segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all communication materials.
- Optimize designs for various formats and devices to ensure responsiveness and high engagement.
- Analyze design performance and adjust strategies based on data insights and feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate best practices into creative strategies.
- Work closely with content writers to align visual and textual elements for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (23 years) as a Designer or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to create designs for different channels and adapt styles based on the medium.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (*, WebEngage) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
