- Collaborate with the design department, studio and all other departments to translate project specifications into high quality design solutions.
- Conceive and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including ads, brochures, social media assets, website layouts, infographics, and presentations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that all work adheres to client brand guidelines.
- Reviewing, revising and providing feedback on design concepts and creative ideas proposed and submitted for projects, ensuring consistency, quality and innovation in all projects.
- To be aware of design trends and best practices and to provide innovative solutions and new ideas.
- Develop and implement a library of designs and elements, including templates, patterns, and other resources to streamline the design process and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Maintain organized files and documents for easy retrieval and future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Event experience is a plus.
