As the Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be critical in leading kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with both the culinary and service teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Overseeing production and preparation of culinary items.
  • Communicating areas in need of attention to staff and ensuring follow-through.
  • Leading shifts and preparing food items according to required specifications.
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks in food preparation.
  • Assisting in determining food presentation and creating decorative food displays.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to manage kitchen equipment and lead a team.
