Hostess (host) required to work in a fine restaurant, possessing a stylish appearance and an attractive personality, and able to deal with guests in an elegant and courteous manner. Complete proficiency in Arabic and English is required. We are looking for a person who is flexible with working hours and has the ability to work under pressure.

Main tasks: • Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables in a professional manner • Organizing waiting lists and managing reservations efficiently • Continuous coordination with the restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional experience for guests • Answering customer inquiries and dealing with their complaints professionally • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area • Monitoring table movement and ensuring smooth workflow

- Address guest inquiries or complaints professionally and effectively.

- Ensure that any issues are resolved quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.


6. **Monitor Seating:**

- Monitor the number of available or reserved tables to ensure effective space allocation.

- Ensure guest comfort throughout their stay.


7. **Maintain Order and Cleanliness:**

- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the reception and tables area.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining the area before and after customer service.


**Required Qualifications:**


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in hospitality or reception is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customers.

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- Good knowledge of reservation systems or hospitality-specific computer programs.
