The Role: Hotel Operations Manager

Masan Properties is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience across the property. The manager will contribute to maintaining Masan’s design-led hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including room operations, housekeeping coordination, and service standards.
• Supervise and support staff, set performance expectations, and ensure training and development align with Masan’s hospitality standards.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue metrics.
• Manage budgets and operational costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality guidelines.
• Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of prior experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
• Strong operations management skills, including experience overseeing hotel or hospitality operations, coordinating departments, and managing budgets and resources.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and service, with a track record of maintaining high service standards, handling guest feedback, and resolving issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, the ability to interact with diverse guests and staff, and effective coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proven training and team leadership capabilities, including coaching staff, organizing training programs, and supporting performance management and professional development.
• Knowledge of property management systems.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
