  • Receiving visitors or clients, welcoming them, and directing them to the responsible person or the appropriate office.
  • Ensuring that visitors register upon their arrival at the reception area and storing their data on the computer.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and workplace papers.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
  • Receiving emails and responding to them.
  • Sending and receiving faxes and keeping files related to work.
  • Interacting with clients and strengthening relationships with them.
  • Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings, updating calendars.
  • Keeping copies of documents and records.
  • Answering any inquiries or questions that clients or visitors may have.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system.



-Working hours are 8 hours

-Five days a week
