We at Hwadi are looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Officer to support our HR department in various functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and issue job offers, employment contracts, and other required HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in employee relations by addressing queries and concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
