Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies.
  • Assists with job postings and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules and oversees interviews and hiring materials preparation.
  • Participates in interviews with managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates on the offer process, recommending salary ranges and start dates.
  • Attends job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
