In this pivotal role, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent. Your contributions will enhance our workforce in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies.
- Assists with job postings and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules and oversees interviews and hiring materials preparation.
- Participates in interviews with managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborates on the offer process, recommending salary ranges and start dates.
- Attends job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Responsible for onboarding new hires.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create sourcing strategies for various roles.
- Proactive with excellent time management abilities.
- Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.
- Proficient with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 13 years managing recruitment and hiring processes preferred.
