Join SEDER GROUP as a Human Resources Officer!
We are looking for a dedicated HR officer to provide comprehensive HR services to our employees. This role involves managing various HR functions in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient HR operations, including managing employee master data and processing transfers and promotions.
  • Handle attendance, leave data, and annual vacation arrangements.
  • Oversee payroll activities related to employee compensation, including calculating salaries and deductions.
  • Monitor employee performance and prepare necessary HR reports.
  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of employees.
  • Address employee inquiries and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Continuously enhance HR policies and maintain confidentiality of HR matters.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and meet organizational goals.

Skills:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
  • Familiarity with a multinational work environment and knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
