We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee Human Resources activities across the Middle East and African region at Watts Water Technologies. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategy, managing talent, and leading organizational development across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HR functions ensuring alignment with company policies, local regulations, and corporate objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead HR integration efforts for acquired businesses, ensuring smooth cultural and operational integration.
  • Manage changes effectively during organizational transformation, acquisitions, or restructures.
  • Provide strategic HR insights and guidance to senior leadership.
  • Support local teams in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a diverse and high-performance organizational culture.
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR issues focused on employee engagement and organizational success.
  • Execute regional and global HR projects and initiatives locally.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in HR management in multinational companies, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions with focus on cultural integration.
  • Solid experience managing HR activities across multiple countries, particularly UAE and Saudi.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence and guide senior management on HR matters.
