Role Summary:
As an HR Operations Manager at National Security Services, you will oversee, manage, and enhance our human resources operations. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies, programs, and practices to support the organization's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, processes, and programs to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to HR staff, establishing performance expectations and conducting evaluations.
  • Maintain close liaison with Business Leaders to ensure effective HR support for operational needs.
  • Track HR team objectives based on metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Legal Departments for employee disputes and labor court cases.
  • Enhance internal communication and oversee HR information ERP systems.
  • Monitor HR trends and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department including employee relations, medical insurance, GOSI, and offboarding.
  • Compile and present HR operational reports regularly.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles.
