Job Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage employee records, and handle HR audits.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances and disciplinary issues, serve as an HR advisor, and foster a positive work environment.
- Vendor Management: Align staffing needs, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage benefits programs in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
- HR Systems Management: Support data integrity in HRIS and provide analytics for decision-making.
- Performance Management: Implement performance policies and support department heads with employee performance issues.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and coordinate wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing multi-functional HR responsibilities.
