We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to work in a leading company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. He/She will be responsible for managing and implementing all daily operations related to human resources with the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. Key responsibilities include: • Managing recruitment and employment processes and termination of services • Following up on employee files and updating their data • Preparing and implementing human resources policies and procedures • Managing the payroll, benefits, and insurance system • Coordinating with government entities regarding employee affairs • Participating in the development and implementation of training and development programs • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources performance • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and applicable regulations

  • Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field
  • 25 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Understanding of labor law
  • Numerical proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
