We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team and take ownership of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while supporting our organization's growth and culture.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and maintain HR information systems
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate personnel records
• Partner with department managers to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia

  • Numerical proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
