Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Working to assist the team in maintaining and updating employee records within human resources information systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Entering and retrieving data and generating reports as needed.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assisting in coordinating HR services such as health programs and benefits and providing other employee services.
  • Assisting in preparing HR documents, including contracts, employment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Supporting the department manager in implementing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and resigning employees.
  • Assisting in managing other HR platforms, ensuring their effective use to support HR activities.
  • Providing technical support to employees and managers in accessing and using HR systems.
  • Managing and monitoring the attendance and departure system.


Qualifications:

  • Educational qualification of at least a diploma.
  • Experience of no less than two years in HR operations.
  • Flexibility in work and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to use computers excellently.
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft programs.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Thorough knowledge and awareness of various labor laws and regulations.
