Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Working to assist the team in maintaining and updating employee records within human resources information systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Entering and retrieving data and generating reports as needed.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assisting in coordinating HR services such as health programs and benefits and providing other employee services.
- Assisting in preparing HR documents, including contracts, employment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Supporting the department manager in implementing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and resigning employees.
- Assisting in managing other HR platforms, ensuring their effective use to support HR activities.
- Providing technical support to employees and managers in accessing and using HR systems.
- Managing and monitoring the attendance and departure system.
Qualifications:
- Educational qualification of at least a diploma.
- Experience of no less than two years in HR operations.
- Flexibility in work and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use computers excellently.
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft programs.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Thorough knowledge and awareness of various labor laws and regulations.
