Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Type of Job: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementing and following up on all human resources operations (recruitment, vacations, termination of services, etc.).
• Experience with government websites (Qiwa Platform, Social Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources, Mudad Platform, Ministry of Commerce, etc.).
• Preparing and following up contracts and job files and ensuring their compliance with approved regulations.
• Contributing to the development of HR-related policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
• Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues related to their employment affairs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least two years of experience in the field of human resources, with strong knowledge in dealing with government relations.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and electronic government platforms.
• High communication skills and the ability to organize tasks and work in a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor laws and ongoing updates.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting from 7000 to 8000 Riyals

• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate personnel records
• Partner with department managers to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
