A human resources operations specialist is required to work in a leading company, where they will be responsible for managing and implementing all operations related to human resources efficiently and effectively. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources with a university degree in business administration or human resources or equivalent. The main responsibilities include:
• Preparing and updating policies and procedures related to human resources
• Managing the payroll and benefits system and ensuring data accuracy
• Implementing performance evaluation processes and following up on employee development
• Preparing periodic reports related to key performance indicators for human resources
• Dealing with employee inquiries and resolving issues related to human resources.
