  • Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • IT certifications (*, CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (*, Jira, ServiceNow) and exposure to remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
