Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a Jr. Purchasing Specialist/Site Buyer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to purchasing operations within a global technology environment. The role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving various supply chain issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders and payments.
• Provide daily updates on BSR commitments.
• Follow up on and track shipments in collaboration with logistics and import/export teams from suppliers.
• Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address shipment and material issues, including receiving discrepancies, quantity mismatches, quality concerns, and RMA cases.
• Collaborate closely with GSM & GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
• Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in purchasing or a related field.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily purchasing and supply chain activities.
