Supervising the workflow inside the restaurant hall and ensuring the provision of high-quality service to customers, by guiding and coordinating the service team and achieving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and duties: • Daily supervision of the service team inside the hall (waiters, cashier, hosts). • Ensuring the hall is ready in terms of cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary tools before receiving customers. • Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met and responding to their inquiries or complaints in a professional manner. • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure the accuracy and speed of order delivery. • Training and directing new employees and supervising their performance. • Monitoring the implementation of the restaurant's operational policies and procedures. • Preparing daily reports on operational observations inside the hall and submitting them to management. • Assisting in organizing events or activities inside the restaurant when required. Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers. • Ability to lead the team and solve problems quickly and effectively. • Proficiency in English is preferred. • Good appearance and commitment to professional appearance.
