Job Purpose:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the completion of job orders efficiently by applying mastery in maintenance and facility activities. The role involves executing work according to best practices while ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the safety of work environments by eliminating hazards and using proper PPE.
• Review job orders and prepare necessary tools and parts.
• Execute maintenance tasks following preventive maintenance programs and guidelines.
• Manage inventory and order materials as required.
• Submit recommendations post job completion for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.

People Management Responsibilities:
Provide clear objectives and feedback to all team members, ensuring constructive performance evaluations and development plans are in place.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• SCE membership is required.
• 23 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
