About the Role: Marketing Manager & Launch Lead

GSK plc is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager & Launch Lead to join their team in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving the successful launch and lifecycle management of assigned therapy areas and brands, aligning with GSK's commitment to supporting Vision 2030 and the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, including Saudization.

Role Overview

As an individual contributor, the Marketing Manager & Launch Lead will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic marketing plans, and ensure alignment with GSK policies. The primary objective is to deliver value to patients and healthcare providers through continuous innovation and a dedicated focus on scientific and technical excellence within GSK's diverse portfolio of vaccines, specialty medicines, and general medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and objectives for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
• Lead core commercial cycles and forecast brand performance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Translate global portfolio and brand strategy into clear launch plans and activities, including key milestones, owners, timelines, and defined KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams, managing meetings and brand execution, and coordinating across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain, digital, and finance teams for timely delivery.
• Define, track, and review KPIs such as launch milestones, sales, market share, access status, and execution rates to guide performance discussions and corrective actions.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from pre-launch to post-launch, ensuring growth and achievement of GSK objectives.
• Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and enhance market penetration to contribute to revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with External Experts (EEs) and ensure optimal customer experience.
• Participate in the development of brand strategies, integrated campaigns, and educational programs to effectively communicate GSK's value proposition.
• Lead and execute market access plans to ensure patient access to GSK medicines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Spend approximately 50% of time on external activities and engagements with stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with GSK's ethical standards, governance requirements, and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) card.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of achievements and outstanding performance.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed goals within tight deadlines.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions with limited information.
• Budget preparation and management skills, with cost awareness.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Biologics, Respiratory diseases, and/or Specialty Medicines are preferred.
