Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored marketing plans for each sub-brand, ensuring alignment with their identity and audience.
  • Design and execute campaigns to drive engagement and sales, measuring performance using KPIs and ROI.
  • Oversee the marketing team, assigning roles and providing training for effective execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across sub-brands.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain brand reputation through public relations and proactive customer feedback management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably managing multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Increased engagement and recognition for sub-brands.
  • Achievement of sales and ROI targets.
