• The ability to promote, market, and persuade with logistical products • Possessing high communication skills with others • Fitness in dealing with others • Achieving monthly sales • Contracting agreements and contracts with clients • Submitting weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports to sales management to indicate what has been accomplished • Proposing development procedures that would improve work performance in its management • Implementing plans and executive programs related to sales • Listening to customer complaints and satisfying them by processing and providing appropriate solutions • The ability to take responsibility for maintaining all records of quality models related to the sales process • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients and new clients.
