Alesayi Motors is seeking a Network Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the strategic development, expansion, and operational readiness of the company's branch and facility network across Saudi Arabia.

The Role

The Network Development Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various activities related to the company's physical infrastructure. This includes managing project timelines, ensuring site readiness, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely completion and operational status for new and renovated facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to branch development, renovation, expansion, and site readiness.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, progress, and pending works to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Support site assessments and follow up on necessary permits, approvals, and required documentation.
• Monitor project costs, identify potential risks, address delays, and manage scope changes effectively.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing project progress and site readiness status.
• Support the timely completion and operational readiness of new and existing branches and facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience relevant to site readiness, contractor management, project timelines, and progress tracking.
• Strong reporting, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience within the automotive or retail industry is preferred.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and travel within Saudi Arabia as required for project oversight.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement with various project sites across the country. The role involves coordination with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
