About the Network & Security Expert Role

CNTXT is seeking a Network & Security Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position reports directly to the General Manager of Managed Services & Customer Support, playing a key role in securing cloud network infrastructures.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Network & Security Expert will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and maintenance of secure cloud network architectures. This role involves leading technical initiatives and providing mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to the development of technical capabilities and fostering knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute secure, scalable network architectures tailored for enterprise environments.
• Deploy, configure, and manage high-performance firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances to maintain robust security perimeters.
• Perform regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enforce strict security policies, resolve complex network issues, and produce detailed incident reports.
• Develop and maintain thorough, up-to-date network topologies and security documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, building technical capability and driving continuous knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Experience and Competencies

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant network and security field. The position requires demonstrated competencies in the following areas:
