We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to coordinate the administrative functions at our Riyadh office. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence, where you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office equipment and maintain efficient office procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience as an Office Manager and administrative assistant.
  • At least 23 years of experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English.
